What happens if a group of dreamers agree to focus on a single goal, on a topic?

What if this goal is finding peaceful, creative solutions to a situation?

My presentation for the Psiberdreaming Conference 2008 of the International Association for the Study of Dreams goes into these questions, and tries to find answers in part in quantitative ways.
