The Reservoir
"The idea is to have our own Peace Bridge Reservoir of Healing Energy."

May Tung, Peace Bridge member, was the originator of our beautiful healing Reservoir as a place where members can come when we are in need of healing energy and a place for us to send healing energy to. From there sprung Juhani's Dream Answer Animal (DAAs) and then Kathy added the idea of the Dream Answer Plant (DAPs). On July 25th, 2003, per Nick's wonderful suggestion, we are to have a night of thanks for the healings waters. Below, we will share the actual posts that have come from and between the members of the Peace Bridge in relation to our Reservoir. As May suggested, each individual holds their own image of what this magical place looks like. Here is the post from May describing the Reservoir:
"The idea is to have our own Peace Bridge Reservoir of Healing Energy. We can concentrate on this central place, sending our individual healing energy to this Reservoir. Whenever anyone wants to or needs to, can go there. We may even meet each other there!
This Reservoir is formed by each of our thoughts and emotions. I suggest a concrete "RITUAL" to send our energy there. Each time when any of us light a candle (I happen to do it almost daily) we make a CONSCIOUS wish to send the caring light and energy to our Reservoir. Thus, we can do it individually, at different times, as well as a group at agreed upon time. The way the world is today we will need both.
This Reservoir is located north of the Peace Bridge. It is a naturally formed pond, surrounded by boulders, rocks, trees, green grass, and wild flowers. No one has ownership of it. Birds and animals frequent there.
Why NORTH of the Peace Bridge? That comes from my dreams. A couple of months ago I posted a question here, asking for the possible meaning of "North" as I had many dreams when I was either there or just returning from there, a "far away Northern region". Imagine my surprise, in my reading of the past couple of weeks, Kristofer Schipper's THE TAOIST BODY, various references were made of the North. North is the direction of water. Ancient Taoist text refers to "There is the True Person Cinnabar-of-the-north" Referring to Queen mother of the West, the greatest Goddess of Taoism which is the only NATIVE religion of China, and her consort, Father of the East, "From them was born a child, the True Person Cinnabar-of-the-North, that is to say, fire of water, yang of yin. Essential being, this child is "my true self'." The throne of Queen Mother of the West is said to be in the North, where she sits, looking at the South.
I see our Reservoir of Healing Energy north of our Bridge, pale blue mist floating above....... We can be there anytime we want or need to.
We will always be welcome for our own energy filled the pond......
I bring you Fu from our Reservoir for I just returned from the North, May
INNER Reservoir in each of us. Mine tends to be blue, probably because of the soft blue mist floating over it. I don't know what is in the Reservoir. (One person asked me on the phone whether he can go skinny dipping. Here is what I said to him.) I don't know what's inside. It may not be water! Energy, or qi (ch'i) from all of us is in there. In my inner picture, it is a rather small area, but deep. Surrounding it is lush green grass and trees, birds, butterflies, and animals that we've never seen before are there, relaxing. The blue mist is gentle and just slightly warm to the touch. Beneath it is all our Healing Energy for anyone who wants to use it.
Beautiful dreams to you all, May"
Dreams of/at the Reservoir
Jean: It's been a busy day, so I haven't had time until now to post the dream that I had last night. Here it is.
May and I are at a cottage (yes, May, a log cabin) on the Reservoir that I have been asked to "sit" while the owners are away. A bunch of big guys come in, just like they own the place. I'm a little afraid, but we decide to allow them to stay, because they're accustomed to coming here. In the kitchen there are some crocks of home made liquor. I ask May, by a look, if she thinks I should put the crocks away, but she shakes her head, implying that not drawing attention to it is better.
Then we look down the street at people going into a bright blue church. The setting here is like a village. Between the Reservoir and the cottage there are pine trees (no Dream Answer Animals that I see), but the village street is dark, rich red dirt and the colors are bright green and sunny. The church is very blue with a blue steeple against the sky.
Then we see people pouring out of the church, a whole lot of them, holding hands in a circle which dances through the village and stops just before the chairs in which May and I are sitting. Two young men, one black, one white reel and almost fall (the way we do if we've been dancing in a circle) in front of us, laughing. EOD
May suggested to me earlier that the circle of people was a representation of the Peace Dragon Train, and I agree. I think that my fear of the big guys in the earlier part of the dream was my fear of what suspicion can do to us all, and I'm glad that we allowed the guys to stay, since in the end there was much joy and laughter, with everyone in the village participating. I know that in the dream, just as in waking life, I took strength from having May there with me. Whose cabin were we taking care of? I'm not sure. I know though that the owners, a man and a woman, had gone to Europe. Probably parts of me who were off making a path toward Copenhagen :))
Love to all you dreamers,
Jean
