THE DREAMS
As with all World Dreams Peace Bridge projects, Drum Dance and Dream for Peace was solidly anchored in the dream. It is the Peace Bridge way to honor the dream by bringing it into waking reality. As with other Peace Bridge projects, dreamers on the Bridge began dreaming about Drum Dance and Dream for Peace well before the event, and continued dreaming of it afterward. Here are a few samples of the dreams of World Dreams Peace Bridge members about the Drum Dance and Dream for Peace and the Ceremony for the Future of the World's Children...including a few which dream us into the future.

In a circle that became heart-shaped of people holding hands. All wanted to be there. It was night in a desert/reddish sanded place and there was a cave nearby. On a big rock there were some rocks that had been crushed and all participants could put the white, yellow, black or red face paint on themselves in whatever pattern they preferred.
I had given a stone that had been close to my heart as a gesture of faith and goodwill. ( most probably the lapis lazuli crystal I have worn as a necklace for some months). I had also been involved in finding the 3 ball-like stones/rocks that were in the middle of the group of people. When they were split open by the elders, they revealed beautiful crystals that had been forming over many years. There was both a male and a female Elder and it was with awe that I saw both there
It was their rituals combined that split the rocks in the middle of the flattened sandy area and soon after this, a feeling of joy wax felt by everyone in the circle, who were holding hands. Silvery white 'electric moonlight' seemed to make the circle more solid as though it were passing from hand to hand through everyone there. Everyone shared joy. While the moonlight was among us, the group changed its formation from a circle to a heart.
I could only make out one of the 'split rocks'. It looked like amethyst.

Hi all,
I have been away for a few days but just before I left I was packing a dream journal to take with me for the road, and I opened it up to find this dream. I have been wanting to share it with you for several days. I had this dream about 2 years ago. There are lots of precognitive elements in this dream about what is happening now with the Drum Dance and Dream event.
Dancing around the Circle of the world
I was in a big circle of people from many countries around the world. I was doing many dances around the circle. The dances were for different things, different purposes. One was for peace in Israel and Palestine. Hadi said he didn't understand my approach but once he saw what I was doing he agreed, and supported me. I was meeting them were they are, and then moving the energy around the circle.
In the next dance I was performing for the circle. I could hear people saying they couldn't tell if my dance was being danced for me, or if it was for someone else. The dance was a healing dance, and a sacred offering and it was being danced for me and for others at the same time.
I then walked into a dressing room and there was a woman who was from Central America. She was speaking to me about my dance, and she gave me a beautifully designed outfit for a baby. It was white and hand sewn in a traditional way. It looked Native American. I was embarrassed taking the outfit because there were other women there watching me. I took the gift of the clothing saying, If I take this I know what will happen! I laid the clothes on top of my wedding dress laying on the bed.

We are all (many people for miles) are standing outside, not sure where, a place I have never been to. We are all holding hands in a prayer for PEACE. We are all dressed very colorfully, wearing colors of the rainbow. There are children everywhere as far as I can see. There are many with drums. There are 4 large pau wau size 24"-28" drums in a circle and within 4 corners as though they represent the 4 directions. As soon as I hear the drum beats I wake up! EOD.

Heartbeat train
I am on a train. I am not alone. I sense perhaps Chris and my parents there, along with other people. I can feel the speed of the train. I feel as though the tracks are somewhat elevated off the ground. It is a modern train, and it runs rather smoothly. I believe that we are standing. I don't see seats. There are large windows
on either side. I know this train can go 68 miles per hour.
I am now in a clinic or hospital of some kind. I question if I am still on the train. The clinic seems far too wide to be on a train, so I determine that I am not. I realize that the clinic is right next to the train tracks. I know that they need a clinic or hospital for this train and I think about how having it located outside of the train can do any good. I look outside and I see the train cars. They are not all together. There are separate cars. Some are single cars, others are small groups of them - I think as many as 5 cars together. They are able to slow down and come to a complete stop in a very short period of time and over a very short distance. Then they can get going again very quickly too. I see this and know that each car stops here at the clinic/hospital so that people that need to get out can. Because the train cars can stop so quickly, they never hit each other. The only thing is that they can only slow down or speed up in unison with a heartbeat. I feel this and know it to be true.

Dream - A Group Dance & Experience
I am a silent witness to a sacred dance and ritual that is taking place in the woods. I have been brought there to provide an outsiders’ objective report on the energy and vibration of the ritual.
It begins with sharing a large beer like substance, and some type of earthy dark bread with honey-butter spread. There are 8 couples who have linked crossed arms in an inner circle. Surrounding them are 8 single drummers. The drummers begin a slow steady 4 beat rhythm. The couples perform a slow stepping dance. (Right right right right- left left left left- right right- left left- right right right right) The drumming slowly gets faster and faster, as the dancers also keep pace with the rhythm.
Just as they seem like there legs cannot move any faster, there is one final loud drum beat, and they stop. Silently, they turn outwards to the drummers, and the man leads the woman in a straight path toward the new outer circle. The drummers now are in the inner circle.
The couples each have their own tree, and the drummers begin the same rhythmic song. The women and men have privacy, but they are all performing the same distinct sexual ritual in a very distinct position with the woman positioned ontop of the man.
The same slow rythym begins, getting faster and faster, until the 8 couples of this group reaches a synchronistic climax.
As the outside observer to this ritual, I am uncertain on how to describe this event in a delicate way, without having it seem like a group orgy, because it was all very discreet, tasteful, loving, yet sharing a collective group energy. EOD

Had a dream about you (Whit) this morning after I went back to bed. All I can remember was that you were standing there (one of those things like it was me standing there too or me looking through your eyes) and all these papers and artwork started spiraling around in circles like crazy. They landed in a neat pile with a purple Native American mask that a child made at the top. There was an Indian chief sitting crossed legged next to the paper/artwork and he looked up at you and said something to the effect that he had been waiting for your arrival and that you were meant to be there with him.

I made my medicine wheel last night, and tied my tobacco. Here is the dream that came.
I am walking into a forest with a group of people (it is those of us on the Bridge, and it is the dream scouts, they are all the same, we are comrades). We pass a person who looks like a Native American working on skinning a dead animals. We pass more. Another is preparing a snake or a frog, he offers us a piece. It is prepared like sushi. And I notice that there are people all over the forest working with dead animals, and they are all Japanese. Many of the animals are otters. Many of the men offer us tastes of the animals. I think about accepting, thinking," When will I have a chance to try otter again."
I think these animals are endangered. "What are you doing," I say. The men reply that they are making, "Rare Flesh" meaning sushi of endangered, rare animals.
I think that this is wrong, immoral, and illegal. Why are they able to do this? I look over and see a large limousine parked in the woods; it is the people in charge of the poachers. Why aren't the authorities stopping them? Who will stop them. Is it our job to stop them? As I think this, a wave of protesters comes out of the woods and descends on the scene, and begins to engage the poachers.
My group leaves the scene, as protesters and poachers struggle with a still living ram pushing it back and forth over a stream. We go deeper into the forest, leaving the fray behind. I feel worried about going deeper into the woods because we have no food or water.
My cousin appears and says to follow him to my uncle's house to get supplies. My uncle's house is a new bigger version than his old one but it is the same floor plan. I am trying to find a way out. I go into the garage and hit the garage door opener button, and the door rolls up, only to reveal another garage door behind it. Just like your father to build a garage with a double door entry (it was done to save energy), I try opening another garage door and it rolls up to reveal a green house potting shed, figures, I think. A dream that I had last night...... (smile)
Dream - The Meeting, The Pen, The Drum
I dream that there is a meeting at the museum of IASD members. It seems like a small regional or mini-board meeting. I see Rita, Jean, Liz, Bob H., Harry, and there are others arriving. I’ve been told that Stanley has fallen down the stairs and to call the ambulance. As I do this, there are tables being set up for the meeting. Jean asks me: “Where’s all the recycled material?” Oh damn, I knew I forgot something!! She tells me not to worry, that she has someone with her that will take a drive with me to the recycling facility.
I get in my car, and there is May Tung. She tells me to "step on it"…and I do, driving quickly to the building! We get to the recycling center and she grabs two HUGE plastic bags with handles and begins filling them with all types of papers, tubing, stickers. I’m shocked that the can carry the weight of everything. She reminds me that its only 20 cents a pound, and to stock up! I need to find watercolor paints, and we look at some closed closet doors. She prompts me to open them, everything here is for sale. Well, not these closets….an employee tells me “no no, you can’t have them”…but these are the pens, papers, and watercolor paints that I’ve been looking for!? We negotiate a deal, and May and I sit to test the ink in every pen, making sure that we get good quality products.
We return to the meeting, where everyone is arguing in very loud voices, with animated gestures. Even Rita is red in the face with anger! May gets everyone's attention by plopping a pile of material on the table, then says: “Sshhhhhhhhhhhhh…..let’s all make some drums to get through this.”

The song I played on my flute came to me in my dreams the night before, and played all night long. I played the song on my Native American Flute and led the children to the blessing ceremony where we made offerings of prayers with wild rice, Indian corn, sage, and tobacco for the future of the children of the World. I am grateful that we were able to create a space to give voice to the prayers of the children.

Dear Dreamers,
The night before Drum Dance and Dream I had a funny little dream I wanted to share. Remember this is the night before the event, we are staying in a hotel in Washington, and will roll out of bed the next day to make everything happen.
In the dream I am talking with a Native American Elder, he is reviewing our plans for the following day with me. As I finish telling him how everything is supposed to work, he says, "Well it all sounds good, I think it will be fine," and with a smile in his voice he says, "Just don't fuck it up." Everything about him was filled with humorous good intent. I woke up chuckling from his blessing, and we had a wonderful day.

On the plane trip home from the IASD Conference in Sonoma, I drifted into a dream, I dreamt there were many tiny children under the seat in front of me who were crawling out from under the seat and onto my feet. They then crawled up onto my legs and I had many children who were all over my body. I felt like the Great Mother, and I recalled the Native American statues of the Story Teller who has many children all over her body.
