DaFuMu
for Peace -
Dreams for March 2005
Dreams from the 15th night of each month
May's Dream
We are in a residential house, in an extended living room. It must be a gathering of maybe 10-12 friends, all young
women. The room is attractive, nothing fancy with a sense of bright light from the sun. We are all dressed in pretty spring colors. The atmosphere is of an early spring morning.
Religion is the topic though not a serious one as we were all moving around. The clearest point is the voice of Jean, saying something about "Buddhism". That
resonates with me. My whole body responds: yes, that feels right, Buddhism is closest to my heart. EOD
Ilkin's Dream
"I am watching the land from sky. There is something happening at Syria - Lebanon
area. There is a group who had killed somebody and will target a younger one soon. There is only one female in the group. These people have some thing to do with a
building made of rocks. People in the area doesn't seem very happy. They are keeping a low profile in
semi dark streets. I am hearing voices and flying to the north. Behind the mountains to the north there is a big army
preparing to defense. There are mountains and several lakes under me. I am thinking it may be the area some where around Turkey- Iraq - Iran border. I can see it more clearly now. It is not very dark any more. I can see many military vehicles but people are mostly civilians. There are not many soldiers. These people are more relaxed. Now I am on the land, at the streets of an unfamiliar city. There are very little people around. I am looking for a female cousin who was cancer. I cant see very well but hear my mom and aunt saying; she bought a new house made of rocks."
Olivia's Dream
I had a dreamlet on the night of the DaFuMu, and I woke up realizing that I had SEEN things, and people, into existence. The act of seeing made it, or them, real. I woke up feeling calm, almost happy, and made a mental note of the dream experience before I went back to sleep.
It made me think of Genesis, which I don't know by heart to quote, but "in the beginning was the Word ... and God SAW that it was good." [my caps]
Jean's Dream
This
was a case of what Nick calls The Voice, not a dream with images. I woke
up hearing these words: "And the king says, 'Let them bleed.'"
I know this was a followup to my waking at 3:30a.m., rolling over to go back
to sleep, and realizing that I had not yet had a DaFuMu dream.
I also know that it's connected with the Bush administration's refusal to
entertain the idea of pulling troops out of Iraq, and my perception that many
peace activists around the world are just bobbing around in a sea of despair,
trying to figure out what to do.
